In these contemporary landscape acrylic paintings I hope to bring to the viewer the fascination, charm, warmth and beauty that I first experienced when I initially visited these sites. It was the attraction and allure of those special places that first drew me to them. 

They are beautiful sites, ones which I hoped to have remembered in another way with my unique technique of contemporary Kentucky acrylic painting.  The magic of their appeal has also rendered them fascinating and priceless to me.  They still do.

All of my paintings are acrylic on canvas 

.  .  . Some are framed, while others are ‘wrapped’ with continuous painting elements along all of the sides.  Unless posted otherwise, all of these are Kentucky acrylic contemporary landscape paintings and are for sale.  All are ready to hang. 

The paintings are derived from small instantaneous pencil renderings.  Working with these quick drawings, I then reinterpret them into contemporary Kentucky landscape paintings on canvas now with their own unique meanings - the fascination and charm of the site.

Some are contemporary meadow paintings unique to Kentucky.  Others are a broad interpretation of the surrounding landscape scene.
